At least 47 people have been injured in Israel following a wave of missile strikes launched by Iran, according to Israel’s Magen David Adom (MDA) rescue service. The updated toll includes three individuals in serious condition and two in moderate condition.

An MDA spokesperson confirmed that 42 people sustained minor injuries from shrapnel and blast trauma. Additionally, 18 civilians were hurt while rushing to bomb shelters during the attack.

This marks the latest escalation in a growing conflict between the two regional rivals, sparking renewed concerns about further violence in the region.
