The National Citizens’ Party (NCP) has scheduled two programs for Tuesday (March 4) to honor the martyrs of the Liberation War and the student uprising.
In a press release signed by NCP Joint Secretary (Office) Saleh Uddin Sifat on Monday (March 3), the party announced that its leaders will pay tribute to the martyrs of the Liberation War at the National Martyrs’ Memorial in Savar at 7 AM.
Following this, at 10 AM, party leaders will visit the Rayerbazar Martyred Intellectuals’ Memorial to offer prayers at the graves of those who lost their lives in the student uprising.
Liberty News’ political correspondent states that NCP Convener Md will lead the programs. Nahid Islam and Member Secretary Akhtar Hossain, along with other central leaders.
