Ahead of the Women’s ODI World Cup Qualifiers, Bangladesh will take on Scotland today in their first warm-up match at the Lahore City Cricket Association Ground.

After a solid training camp at home, the Tigresses held their first practice session in Lahore yesterday in high spirits. The match is scheduled to begin at 10:30 AM (local time).

Photos shared by the BCB showed the team enjoying their first training session on Pakistani soil, suggesting solid preparation. As part of their buildup to the qualifiers, Nigar Sultana Joty and Nahida Akter will lead the side against Scotland, a team they previously defeated by seven wickets in their only past encounter.

Originally slated for yesterday, the match was rescheduled for today. Bangladesh is also scheduled to play a second warm-up game on April 8, though the opponent has yet to be confirmed.
