Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) election took place on October 26 last year. In the first executive meeting on November 9, chairpersons were appointed for 12 standing committees and 13 ad-hoc committees. However, even after three months, the full committees for the national team and women’s football have yet to be announced.

BFF President Tabith Awal is the chairman of the national team committee, but he has not yet finalized its full structure. He is personally overseeing its operations. Currently, women’s football is one of the most discussed topics.

Despite its significance, the women’s football committee has not been officially announced. The committee’s chairperson, Mahfuza Akter, remains in her position. However, no formal meetings have been held regarding coach appointments or other necessary arrangements, leaving her to manage everything single-handedly.

The full list of committees, including the national team, women’s wing, and medical committee, has not yet been released. However, on Monday, the 10-member Competition Committee was announced, with former national footballer and executive member Golam Gaus appointed as chairman.

Among the remaining nine members, seven are former footballers: Imtiaz Ahmed Nakib, Iqbal Hossain, Jalal, Shahid Hossain Swapan, Ata, and Mahmuda Chowdhury Aditi. The committee also includes organizer Abdullah Al Fuad Redwan and Arambagh Club President Tajwar Awal.
