Police have arrested Ikhtiar Uddin Hero, the former Joint General Secretary of Koyra Upazila Chhatra League and former President of Koyra Sadar Union Chhatra League, in Khulna.
He was taken into custody from his home late Saturday night by Koyra police and later sent to jail through the court. According to reports, a case was filed against him after August 5, which led to his arrest.
