Speaking at the BIMSTEC Summit in Bangkok on Friday morning (local time), Nobel laureate Professor Dr. Muhammad Yunus stressed that ensuring a secure and dignified return for the Rohingya to their homeland is crucial.
The ongoing Rohingya crisis has remained a significant humanitarian and geopolitical concern, with Bangladesh hosting over a million refugees. Dr. Yunus’s remarks highlight the urgency of international cooperation in facilitating a sustainable solution to the crisis.
