Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has ruled out any negotiations with the United States while Israeli strikes on Iran continue, rejecting recent US efforts to initiate dialogue.

Speaking to state television on Friday, Araghchi said, “The Americans have repeatedly sent messages calling seriously for negotiations,” but added that Tehran would not engage in talks under current conditions.

“As long as the aggression does not stop, there will be no place for diplomacy and dialogue,” he stated.

The comments came ahead of Araghchi’s scheduled meeting with European foreign ministers in Geneva, as Western officials continue efforts to de-escalate the growing conflict between Iran and Israel.
