At least 56 Palestinians were killed and over 100 injured within a single day as Israeli attacks intensified across the Gaza Strip, according to a report by Anadolu Agency on Saturday.
Israeli airstrikes claimed the lives of at least 56 Palestinians and left 108 others injured across Gaza in the past 24 hours, Anadolu Agency reported. The casualties were rushed to various hospitals across the besieged territory.
Since the resurgence of Israeli military operations on March 18, more than 2,100 Palestinians have been killed, worsening an already dire humanitarian crisis.
According to Gaza’s Health Ministry, the total death toll since the beginning of Israel’s aggression in October 2023 has now surged to 51,495, with the number of wounded reaching 117,524. Officials also warned that many victims remain trapped under rubble and on the streets, inaccessible to rescue teams due to ongoing attacks.
