Khaleda Zia to join BNP’s extended meeting virtually

BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia will participate virtually as the chief guest in the party’s extended meeting, set to take place at the National Parliament Complex and the adjacent grounds.

BNP Chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia will join the party’s extended meeting virtually as the chief guest. The event will be held at the National Parliament’s LD Hall and adjacent grounds. The meeting, which will begin at 10 AM Thursday and continue through two sessions until night, is expected to create a new wave of enthusiasm across the country.

All preparations for the event have been completed by the party. Approximately 4,000 delegates from across the country will attend the meeting, with several executive committee members returning from abroad to participate. Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman will chair the meeting virtually.

Liberty News’ political correspondent states that Party Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir will deliver the welcome address, while permanent committee members, vice chairpersons, advisory board members, joint secretaries, and other candidates from the 2018 elections will also attend. Local leaders from districts, thana, or upazilas will also be present.
