The full copy of the High Court’s ruling, which canceled the proceedings of 8 cases filed against BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia for alleged bus burning incidents in Darussalam and Jatrabari police stations in 2015, has been published.
Recently, the full copies of these rulings were published on the Supreme Court’s website.
Earlier, on October 30 of the previous year, a High Court bench consisting of Justice A.K.M. Asaduzzaman and Justice Syed Enayet Hossain issued a ruling and delivered the verdict, canceling the cases.
Liberty News’ Court Correspondent reports that Senior Lawyer Zainul Abedin, Barrister Mahbub Uddin Khokon, Barrister Kaiser Kamal, Advocate Gazi Kamrul Islam Sajal, Advocate Maksud Ullah, Advocate Zakir Hossain, Advocate Siddiq Ullah Mia, Barrister Sanjid Siddiqui, Advocate Azmal Hossain Khokon, and others represented Khaleda Zia in court.
