Md. Ripon Mia, Shibganj (Bogura) Correspondent: In a bid to raise public awareness and ensure law and order, police in Shibganj, Bogura, distributed awareness leaflets across various parts of Mokamtala Bazar on Sunday (27 July) afternoon.
The campaign was conducted under the directive of Bogura Superintendent of Police Zaidan Al Musa. Present during the leaflet distribution were Assistant Superintendent of Police Rabiul Islam, Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Shibganj Police Station Shahinuzzaman Shahin, OC (Investigation) Abdus Sukur Ali, In-Charge of Mokamtala Police Investigation Center Sarwar Parvez, and Sub-Inspectors Mahbub Hasan, Raihan Ali, Ansar Ali, among others.
The leaflets highlighted several key points related to law and order, ways to prevent crime, and the importance of public vigilance. The police also urged the community to remain united against criminal activities.
Local residents welcomed the initiative and expressed hope that such awareness programs would continue in the future, helping to ensure their safety and security.
