One new COVID-19 case was detected in Khulna district in the last 24 hours ending around 2:30pm on Thursday, said Dr Khan Ahmed Ishtiaq, Focal Person of Corona Unit of Khulna Medical College Hospital (KMCH).
A total of 15 people, including six female patients were tested during the period, he said, adding that out of the total, one male aged around 32 from Boyra area in the city was diagnosed with Coronavirus at KMCH.
The number of Covid-10 positive cases now stands at four in the district.
