Islamabad has dismissed claims circulating in Iranian media that it intends to send around 750 non-nuclear ballistic missiles to Iran in support of its conflict with Israel.
A senior official from Pakistan’s Foreign Ministry, speaking to The Associated Press on condition of anonymity, termed the reports “baseless,” adding that they were not authorized to speak on the matter publicly.
The Pakistani military has yet to release an official statement in response.
While Pakistan does not publicly share specifics about its missile inventory, it regularly conducts test launches of short-, medium-, and long-range missiles—primarily in the context of its strategic posture towards neighbouring India.
