Bangladesh pacer Taskin Ahmed will sit out the second ODI against Sri Lanka on medical advice to prevent aggravating a minor concern. The BCB medical team recommended the precautionary rest to ensure his full recovery.
Taskin is expected to return for the third ODI and will also be available for the upcoming three-match T20I series, providing a timely boost to the Tigers’ pace unit.
