Renowned Bangladeshi actress Gulshan Ara Ahmed passed away early Tuesday morning, marking the end of a decades-long journey in television and film.
Gulshan Ara Ahmed, a prominent figure in the Bangladeshi entertainment industry, died at around 5:45 AM on Tuesday. The news of her passing was confirmed by popular actor Misha Sawdagar.
She began her acting career in 2002 as a registered artiste with Bangladesh Television (BTV), where she made her debut in TV dramas. Over the years, she transitioned successfully into cinema and earned recognition for her on-screen presence.
Her first appearance in film was under the direction of the late Enayet Karim in the movie Kodom Ali Mastan, which paved the way for her in the film industry.
